Built by traders.Run on rules.

We started this firm after failing other firms' challenges on technicalities we could not see coming. The fix was never lower standards. It was legible ones.

A rule you cannot seecoming is not a rule.It is a trapdoor.

We failed other firms' challenges on technicalities. Not on losing money, on clauses: a consistency rule applied after the fact, a drawdown measured from a number nobody showed us, a payout that turned into a conversation. Every one of them was defensible in a document we had agreed to and could not have acted on while trading.

So the fix was never looser standards. It was legible ones. Every rule that can end an Erudite account is a number you can watch approach in the dashboard, computed on equity and checked on every tick. If a rule cannot be expressed that way, we do not have that rule.

That promise only works because we own the machinery. The evaluation engine, the risk floors and the payout pipeline are our own code, not a white-label platform we rent and cannot change. A firm renting its stack cannot show you a floor it does not compute.

Operating principles

Four rules wehold ourselves to.

Every tick

Rules evaluated on

Every rule is a number

No "excessive risk" clauses, no discretionary bans. If a rule cannot be expressed as a number the dashboard can show you approaching, we do not have that rule.

The dashboard is the contract

The same engine that breaches an account renders your risk bars. There is no second, private set of books. What you see is what the risk desk sees.

Payouts are procedural

Approval is a checklist, not a judgment call. Rules passed means money sent. A payout has never been the start of a negotiation here, and never will be.

We profit when you do

Our long-term economics work only if funded traders last. Everything in the rulebook, the fixed drawdown floor and the consistency cap included, is tuned for traders who stay.

Judge us on the rulebook.

Every rule for every account we sell is published in full, with the money each percentage means at your account size, before you pay anything.
